A visit to picturesque Vancouver, BC must include a trip to the City of Victoria, on Vancouver Island. This outdoor adventure tour will take you from Victoria, the capital of BC, to explore the southern half of Vancouver Island, on both coastlines. We will spend time at Butchart Gardens, the Royal BC Museum and IMAX Theatre, then head to the little Town of Chemainus for a walking tour of the murals, and take in a live dinner/theatre performance, and go on a wine and cider tasting tour. Travelling to the rugged west-coast and Tofino, activities include a whale watching tour and walk in the rainforest to a natural hot springs, then choose either a surfing lesson, a bear watching tour, or a sea kayaking trip. Driving to the Comox Valley on the east-coast, we’ll go up Mount Washington and take a chairlift for fantastic views of the coastal mountains, and then spend a day at the famous Filberg Festival – which showcases Island artisan crafts and music.
